Fixing Missing Universal Code Errors

If you are getting an embed script failure in the HYROS SET UP EXTENSTION (HSE) then follow these steps to fix the issue.

Step 1 : Ensure you have placed the Universal Code

Here is your UNIQUE Universal Code.

THEN Complete these checks

-Ensure you are logged into the CORRECT HYROS account. If you are logged into another account than the one you are trying to track the code will be different.

-Double check the script is in the header of the page you are wishing to tracking

-Make sure your ads links you are testing is linking to the SAME page you placed the Universal Code in the header of.

-ENSURE that the code is not broken or messed up. Make sure it displays exactly as it is pasted or shown above.

If you spotted one of the above errors or messing code, restart the test.

IF THE TEST STILL FAILS DO THESE CHECKS

-Make sure the pasted code is as high up in the header load order as possible. Sometimes scripts/codes above it can mess it up.

-DOUBLE check you are logged into the right account and not pasting ANOTHER accounts Universal Code in the header.

If you cannot find the error and your test are still failing contact support and tell them your embed script test is failing.
