AI Auto Remarketing

Hyros AI remarketing will allow you to use the accurate data and tracking you have to automatically generate remarketing emails based on your lead’s click behaviour. See below to set this up.

Setup

Step 1 – Integrate with your Email Software

Sendgrid

  1. Follow the steps here to get access to your Sendgrid API Key.
    – Please make sure it is a FULL ACCESS API Key
    – You can also access the API Key Settings via this link
  2. Go to your Hyros AI settings and activate the Sendgrid integration by adding the API key.

Klaviyo

  1. Follow the steps here to access your Klaviyo API Key.
    (Please make sure it is a FULL ACESS Private API Key).
  2. Go to your Hyros AI settings and activate the Klaviyo integration by adding the API key.

SMTP

This is a catch all option to integrate with if you are using different email softwares.

  1. Go to the Hyros AI settings and click on the “SMTP” integration.
  2. Add the following fields:
    A) Name – Whatever you would like to call the integration

    B) Email – This can be any existing email address connected to your email software. By default this will be the sender email address.

    C) Password – This is normally NOT the password from your email account.

    When you enter your email address, if the domain is easy to identify, instructions to obtain your password for your specific email server will be added as a link below.
In this case Hyros detects a Gmail domain, so this link will contain instructions for the Gmail password.

What if the email domain is custom?

In this case Hyros will not be able to immediately identify it, but a new field will appear below which will allow you to select from a list of providers.

If you do not know your Email Provider:

  1. Select “Custom” under the “Email Provider” field.
  2. Ask your email provider admin for the following details and fill them out in the corresponding fields:
    – Host
    – Port
    – If you use SSL or TSL, toggle these options on.

If it still does not work, then please check with your email admin that they have permitted SMTP access at admin level.

Step 2 – Configuring your Email Templates

A basic default template is activated by default, but it is HIGHLY recommend to configure your own. This will instruct the AI to adjust the formatting to your specific needs.

  1. Click on Configure Email Template
  2. Select an existing template OR click Create Custom Template to make one from scratch.

Step 3 – Scraping List (Blacklisting and Whitelisting)

  • By default this tool will use every page that the Hyros Universal script is on to generate remarketing emails for your leads.
  • Whitelist domains to stop this Hyros using all other pages, except the domains you whitelist for remarketing.
  • Blacklist domains if you want Hyros to use all your pages except a few specific domains.

Advanced Settings

  • Default Sender – This is the initial email address you entered by default. Change the email address which emails are sent from here.
  • Email Frequency
  • Automated Email Sending – By default emails are generated but not sent. Toggle this on to begin sending emails automatically.

Viewing your Emails

By default your emails will not be sent, but they will be automatically created and available to you under the “Email History” section.

You can read any emails here to verify it is working as expected:

Go to any lead profile and find the “AI” Tab, which will outline all email activity for that specific lead.

Verify and send any emails that have been generated and not sent here.
