1. Inside your Hyros account go to settings -> integrations -> Pipedrive.

2. Click “create new integration”. Name your integration, for example, “Pipedrive”.

3. Find your Pipedrive token inside your Pipedrive account. To do this, go to your account and click “personal preferences” and then “API” as shown below or in the video:

4. Paste the API token inside the field as prompted inside your Hyros integration. Click save.

This concludes the setup.

What are you able to track with the Pipedrive Integration?

The integration with Pipedrive will send Hyros the following information:

  1. Sales will be tracked from Pipedrive when the event attribute is updated to updated.deal
  2. Leads are tracked when new contacts are added in Pipedrive. They will send us these as leads automatically.
  3. Lead stages can be setup to track based on the contact labels in Pipedrive, see below if you want to lear more about this:

Lead Stages with Pipedrive

Inside your Pipedrive integration, you can create Lead Stage Rules which will map specific events inside your Pipedrive account and use them to create lead stages inside Hyros:

You will be able to map contact labels inside of Pipedrive to lead stages in Hyros.

Since more than one contact label can be selected per contact, we will take the last one selected to apply the Stage.
