Creating Employee Accounts

This guide will show you how to give your employees or sub-users limited access to your account.

If the person you are providing access to is an agency and/or they already have a Hyros account, you can instead provide them access to your account directly from theirs. Just follow the guide HERE.

Please note: If you are trying to add a sub-user account and receive the error message "Cannot use this email. Please use a different email address," it means that this email is already being used as a sub-account under another Hyros account.
You can use the +1 option to modify the email—for example: john.doe+1@hyros.com.
