ClickFunnels 2.0 Integration and Page Tracking

Use this guide if you are using the new Clickfunnels 2.0 integration.

Please note that this is tracked slightly differently to the original ClickFunnels platform. If you are using the original ClickFunnels platform please see THIS GUIDE instead.

Step 1: Connecting the CF 2.0 Integration with Hyros

WARNING: This section is specifically to send sales from CF 2.0 into Hyros. If you are already sending your sales from another integration, such as a different payment processor like Stripe, please IGNORE this section and move on to the next dropdown to track your pages.
If you integrate with 2 softwares that are tracking the same sales, you will receive duplicate sales in your account.

Step 1 – Create the Integration in Hyros

1. Go to settings -> integrations -> click on Clickfunnels 2.0 to access the integration settings. You can also click HERE.

2. Click “Create New Integration” and name it whatever you like.

3. Once the integration is complete, go inside your integration by clicking the “edit” icon

4. Once inside, click “get webhook”

5. Inside CF 2.0, go settings -> webhooks -> click “Add new endpoint”

6. Paste the webhook under the URL field, add any name you like and then select the event types order.updated, order.created, contact.created, subscription.canceled, subscription.activated and subscription.modified.

Save the endpoint and move on to the next step.

Step 2: Tracking Your Clickfunnel Pages

Copy the Hyros Universal Script here:

Then go to the “site” tab in the navigation bar, click on “overview” and click the edit icon.

Scroll down and paste the universal script in the head code field and click “update page”.

This will track ALL of your pages created in clickfunnels.

Step 3 – If you have Sales Reps manually inputting Sales Details on a CF 2.0 checkout

Please follow the steps above to track all your CF pages, but then blacklist any checkout pages that your sales reps may be using to avoid them being tracked and associated with the sale.

To do this, copy the URL of those checkout pages and then go to your Hyros account.

Go to settings -> True Tracking -> scroll down until you get to the blacklist settings and select “URL” -> Paste all the URLs of the checkouts used by your sales reps here.

If you have some leads being sent to a checkout to pay themselves, then they should do so on a SEPARATE checkout page which is NOT blacklisted.

So you should have an internal checkout page for your team to use only which is blacklisted, and another public checkout page for your leads to use only that is not blacklisted.

If you do not follow this flow, then you risk sales reps being tracked with sales by error and linking leads together, or you risk tracking being broken. For more information on this topic please see THIS GUIDE.

Other Optional Steps

Tracking Lead Stages with CF 2.0

If you are integrated with CF 2.0, then you can set statuses to be sent to Hyros inside your integration here:

Click on Lead Stages

In Stage Name enter the name you want this stage to have, such as MQL, or any other name you want. In the Events list select the events to be marked as MQL, e.g. Lead_Created. This is how we mark the stage as a lead. Once you’re done hit Save.

To mark a lead that has made a purchase as a customer, we define it as a Customer in the Stage Name, or any other name. Then select the events that will be triggered and thus you will frame the lead as a customer.

Once you have added a lead stage name to any specified event, they will be sent to Hyros automatically from the integration so you can view Lead stages inside Hyros.
