If you find a mistake, fix it and restart the test. If you still receive a failure OR cannot find the mistake contact our support.

How HYROS Payment Tracking Works

IMPORTANT : If your team runs your customers cards via checkout forms ENSURE that the forms your sales team uses has NO TRACKING on them. Hyros will track your phone reps and misattribute tracking. Ask your onboarding manager for clarification if needed.
