Fixing Broken E-Com Payments

If you are getting a PAYMENT failure from the HYROS Set Up Extension (HSE) find your E-Commerce app below and follow the troubleshooting steps.

If you are receiving a payment failure and using Shopify the steps below should resolve the issues.

 

1- Ensure you have integrated your store with HYROS HERE

2- After confirming integration ensure you have added our Universal Code in the checkout format by following the steps below.


2.1- Flip the toggle/switch below that says “CONVERT TO CHECKOUT PAGE SCRIPT”

THEN copy the script provided.

2.2- Go to your Shopify admin dashboard. Go to SETTINGS at the bottom of your Shopify dashboards left side bar menu

2.3– Once in settings click on “CHECKOUT”

2.4– Once in checkout scroll down to additional scripts

2.5– Check if the CORRECT form of the Universal Script has been pasted AND that it is not broken or pasted incorrectly.

If there is an error with the pasted script OR it is missing

Paste the altered Universal script from HYROS into additional scripts at the top of the scripts and

2.6- Click SAVE in the top right hand corner.

 

THEN : Restart your tracking test in HSE.

If it still fails OR you cannot find the issue please contact support and we will help you fix the issue.

If your are experience a payment failure when trying to track your WooCommerce site it is likely because you did not integrate correctly.

Please double check the steps below, PRIMARILY the integration step and then re-run your tracking test. If you cannot find the issue after checking the steps please contact support and we will help you fix the issue!

WooCommerce does not have written instructions because every WordPress site is different. When setting up your tracking in WooCommerce refer to the video above.

 

Then make sure that

-You have installed the UNIVERSAL script (above) is pasted on EVERY page of the site including checkout pages.

-You complete the WooCommerce webhook integration (covered in the video above).
