New Update – Global-E checkouts, Hyros webhooks, Direct Call Tracking Improvements, Quick reports updates


Global-E checkouts

Users using Shopify with Global-E checkout, or any other E-Com platforms in conjunction with Global-E, are now fully trackable. There is nothing more to do than to follow the instructions in Initial E-Commerce Setup in order to track sales that come from systems using Global-E checkouts.



Direct Call Tracking Improvements

The most recent update has made a number of enhancements. They consist of the following: Full number replacement, Reserved numbers, and applying tags to leads calling from third party pages.

The “Full number replacement” function, will ease up the setup process by replacing all numbers on the page. When the Universal script is added to all of the pages that have direct call links, the numbers will be replaced automatically.

Reserved numbers is a very cool and helpful feature that can track any phone numbers from places where we are unable to add our Universal script. Locations such as billboards, Google Maps, or any other location.

Chrome Extension

Costs for Snapchat will now be extracted from the Ads Manager.  



Hyros Webhooks

With this new feature, we can now send tracked data to any system that has the right permissions to process this kind of data using Hyros Webhooks. The events that can be sent are: sale attributed, call attributed, lead opted in, and lead origin assigned.

Please be aware that developing webhooks is not an easy process and to benefit from this feature requires development skills.

Reporting Improvements

  • The reported column for Tik-Tok has been improved. Previously Hyros was displaying conversions from Tik-Tok inside the “Reported” field, but now we will be displaying the “Total complete payment rate” field from Tik-Tok which should be much more consistent with other ad platforms. 
  • Carts that have not been assigned to any source will also be counted in the Add To Cart statistics.


Quick Reports

With the latest update, we may now create a new widget to display the top sources group.

We can display the best-performing campaigns from each channel separately or even the best campaigns from every channel together.

With this new upgrade, we will have the flexibility to organize the data by source link, ad, traffic source or source category levels, and sorting by spend.

Facebook Leads Ads Updates

The name of the Facebook page from which the lead originated will now be added as a tag to all incoming leads. We will be able to segment leads by page much more easily thanks to this improvement.
