Please note that at the moment in time, add to cart tracking is available for Shopify stores ONLY. If you are using any other store platform, then please ignore the Add to Cart section.
If you have a store based on Shopify and wish to track Add to Cart events, then please toggle on Add To Cart Tracking inside your Shopify integration settings as shown here, and also place the unique SHOPIFY SCRIPT to BOTH the theme of your store and checkout settings:
Then to send these events to the Facebook pixel, please ensure you have toggled on “Send add to cart conversions to Facebook ads” as shown here:
