Update alert! Ringba, Phone close forms updates, New metrics


Phone Close Forms improvements

This new improvement consists of identifying duplicate sales. For example, this update is very useful if you use both phone closing forms and a payment processor. If a sale has already been sent to Hyros via payment processor and also registered via phone close forms, Hyros will automatically de-duplicate the event.

Offline conversions state in Deep mode

Investigating the offline conversions status of our data has become much easier when we are in a report. We can choose either to access sales details or a specific group of sales assigned to a particular source. When we dive into the data in any of the above situations, just click on “Conversions Created” to get a breakdown of the sales status.

New metrics: Time to acquire new customers, customers and recurring customers

Time to acquire new customers – the average time the first sale of a customer happens after the first click on the ad. Please note that this metric is only available to First Click reports and LTV for sources. 

Customers – represents the total number of customers that contributed to revenue. 

Recurring customers – total number of customers that contributed to recurring revenue. 

Include/exclude Returning customers 

Now it’s even easier to make decisions based on tracked data. This feature is useful for E-Com businesses, but also for those with returning customers. This new filter will allow us to easily generate reports for either unique customers, customers who had an initial purchase or just returning customers. 

By default, all customers will be included when generating a report.
