Release Notes 10/26/2023
Update alert! Offline conversions updates, WooCommerce, Hyros API, MER widget and Geolocation report
Snapchat Offline Conversions improvements
We now have more flexibility when it comes to optimizing our Snapchat campaigns. You now have the option to designate which Snapchat pixel will receive the conversions. Enabling offline conversions for Snapchat grants you the ability to select your preferred pixel.
More details on how to start sending offline conversions to Snapchat, follow this doc https://docs.hyros.com/activating-and-using-ai-pixel-training/
WooCommerce updates
An update for WooCommerce integration has been rolled out to ensure that sales from separate orders are no longer merged into a single order.
This improvement serves to eliminate such situations and, in turn, provides more robust and accurate reporting.
Facebook integration updates BETA
New Business Login has been implemented for Facebook integration, simplifying the setup process by allowing users to select the Business account and specific pages that our app can access before completing the integration.
This update will soon be available application-wide for all new integrations.
Hyros API Improvements
An improvement has been pushed to ensure that the full information linked with the source of the lead is now returned on the lead/journey endpoint of the Hyros API.
The full API documentation can be found here https://hyros.docs.apiary.io/#.
New Widget – Marketing Efficiency Ratio Metric (MER)
A new metric, the Marketing Efficiency Ratio widget, has been incorporated.
This metric is also accessible in the Stats Summary section of the Chrome Extension and will be automatically included for all new E-Commerce users on the platform.
For more details about quick reports/widgets, consult this documentation: https://docs.hyros.com/quick-reports/.
Subscriptions Tagging updates BETA
Segmentation has become easier. Users will find it effortless to segment their leads when by the new “#subscription” tag, which will be applied to leads whenever a subscription is started.
This update pertains to the Subscription metrics feature that was introduced in our previous release updates. Please be aware that we are currently in BETA mode, and at the moment, it is only syncing data from Stripe and Clickfunnels 2.0.
If you’re interested in becoming a beta tester for this feature, please get in touch with our onboarding or support team for further guidance and assistance.
More details can be found here in the Clickfunnels 2.0 and Stripe section: https://docs.hyros.com/tracking-recurring-sales/ .
Tik-Tok and Snapchat Offline Conversions updates
Previously, we were not able to see the offline conversions being sent back to Tik-Tok or Snapchat pixel in Hyros. This new version now allows us to effortlessly view all the details and statuses of each event.
To access this section you simply go your Snapchat ad account and go to Sent Conversions:
You can read more about this new update in this documentation:https://docs.hyros.com/verifying-events-sent-from-hyros-to-your-ad-platform/
Geolocation report
A range of extra metrics have been added to the GeoLocation Report to align it more closely with the other reports on our platform. Notably, these additional metrics encompass Unique Sales and Unique Customers.
This report is part of the Analytics suite. For more details, please see this document https://docs.hyros.com/geo-sales-data-reporting/
Third Party Attribution on Offline Conversions BETA
We introduced the new Third Party Attribution feature for Offline Conversions, enabling users to route events to External Trackers.
This functionality is currently exclusive to Google. This allows Google to maintain a distinct separation between their native attribution and our external attribution system.
Third Party Attribution on Offline Conversions is now available in BETA mode. If you’re interested in being a beta tester for this feature, please contact your designated onboarding manager or support team for additional assistance.
Sales Update
A fresh option for sales updates has been added within the Sales Data section under Sales. Making updates to individual sales is now much simpler. All you need to do is follow the guidelines outlined below.
