Release Notes – 12/26/2022

New Update! Facebook Offline Conversions Improvements, Zapier upgrades, Ad level data Imports, Invoiced Integration, Quick reports enhancements

Ad level data Imports for Google and Tik-Tok

We now have the option to manually import ad-level data in addition to campaigns. This is completely optional. However, if you have engagement campaigns that don’t have a call to action button, then you may want to use it to ensure that cost data is retrieved.

For Gogole, all you have to do is go to the Google integration and use Import data button, under Account Details

For Tik-Tok, you need to go to the Tik-Tok integration and use Import data button, under About area

For more details please follow these docs:

Zapier Upgrades

We could only set Hyros as an Action in Zapier prior to this latest release. With this most recent update, we can now set Hyros as a Trigger as well. This update is very useful when we want to send new sales or new call events from Hyros to any other app you use.

For more details on how to send tracked events to other platforms using Zapier, please see the “Sending Outbound Events Via Zapier” section from here: https://docs.hyros.com/zapier-checkout-integration/

Data Exports

The export function has been improved. Lead events will also be included when uploading data to Google Sheet.

For more information on how to upload data to Google, follow this document https://docs.hyros.com/exporting-data/

Import data Improvements

When importing data manually or using a CSV file, we can also include the phone number along with other information about leads.

Furthermore, if the email address is missing, a customer profile will be created inside Hyros using the customer’s phone number.Below is an example of what it looks like

Follow this guide for more details: https://docs.hyros.com/manually-tagging-sales/

Facebook Offline Conversions Improvements

Until recently, we could only send data back to the Facebook pixel for events that only used the fbclid parameter. Now, we are able to send tracked data back without the fbclid parameter, allowing us to send back Facebook organic data as well.

In order to achieve this, please follow the guidelines from here (Facebook->Conversion Rules->Sending events Attributed to organic sources): https://docs.hyros.com/activating-and-using-ai-pixel-training

Keap/Infusionsoft updates

Depending on your business model, we can now set either the order date or the import date when collecting sales via the Keap integration.

To benefit from this update, go to the Keap integration and activate one of the two options.

Invoiced Integration

With this new release we launched Invoiced, which will allow us to receive invoices/payments in Hyros through native integration. Simply go to the Integrations section of Hyros and use your credentials to complete the Invoiced integration.

Quick reports enhancements

We’ve implemented the comparison function which will allow us to comparison each metric to the previous period.

Call metrics reporting

A new metric column for Qualified Calls has been added, only taking into account sales that are marked as Qualified. The Call metric will take into account both Qualified and Unqualified calls.
