New First Click Reports

A new Report mode now labelled “First Click” has been created to work in a similar manner to Last Click Mode, which attributes all sales to the very last click no matter the timeframe, but for the First Click. 

This report will allow all users to see their sales data attributed back to the first click, regardless of the timeframe between the click and the sale. 

The previous “First Click” Mode is now labelled “First Click LTV” to more accurately reflect it’s functionality.

Report Metric Preset Customizations

Now inside your reports, you can save a specific report layout for easy navigation in the future, allowing you to quickly go back and forth between different metrics that are most important to you and your team.

Blacklist URL option

You now have the option of blacklisting specific URLs from being tracked in your true tracking settings here:

This will block the Hyros Universal Script from tracking on a specific URL, which makes the setup easier for any businesses where they have sales reps, appointment setters or any other team member using tracked pages to enter lead information.

Simply add the universal script globally to all pages and then blacklist the appropriate URLs to prevent your team from being tracked by error. 

Toll Free Numbers for Hyros Direct Call Tracking

We will now offer Toll Free Numbers in our tracking number pools, please note that these will be charged at a different rate to our standard number pools. Exact amounts will be specified upon selecting your number pool size.

Currency Conversion Manual Exchange Rate

By default Hyros will convert currencies using the current exchange rates, however for some users this may not be desired, and now we have included the option to provide a “flat” exchange rate for you to manually configure.

This means products should be consistantly valued the same according to your settings. Please see this guide for more information on currency conversion:

API Updates 

We have implemented several updates to our API functionality, including: 

  • Users can now export Lead information.
  • Order Creation endpoint will now support sending a Cart ID, which will allow users to link carts to specific orders.
  • Orders can now be created using a phone number only when an email is absent.

Woocommerce Cash On Delivery Payment Processing

Inside Your Woocommerce Integration, you will find an option to process “Cash on Delivery” events as a sale as shown here:

BigCommerce Custom Sales States

You can now also adjust the status of orders which will be processed as a sale inside Hyros, which will allow users to track more accurately when they have more custom flows in Bigcommerce.

Manual Ad Imports for Linked-In

In the case that you have engagement campaigns with no call to action link, Hyros will not be able to track an ad click and therefore retrieve it’s cost data automatically.

Now you can import these ads manually from your Linked-in integration to retrive your total costs more accurately in these cases.

CSV Sales Import Improvements

The Value column is now optional when a “$product” tag already exists inside of Hyros with an assigned value. 

If no value is assigned, Hyros will assign the preset value for that specific product that’s already inside of Hyros. This creates one less task when importing sales into Hyros.

Automated Google Ads Tracking Setup Improvements

Some usability improvements have been made to the automatic Campaign configuration for Google. This includes the ability to track Performance Max Campaigns in an automated way.
