New updates: Analytics Suite, Clickfunnels updates, Copecart, Data Import improvements


Analytics Suite 

The new Analytic suite is now live, offering remarkably powerful insights and granting access to a wide array of advanced reports. Learn more about what each report offers:

  • Ad Level Report: with Ad Level reporting, you can analyze your data at the ad level, enabling you to make decisions based on your best performing creatives/images. More details on how to use  Ad level report can be found here https://docs.hyros.com/ad-level-reports/
  • Cohorts Analysis Report: enable you to compare various audiences that entered your system during specific time frames and evaluate different long-term statistics. All details about Cohort reporting, follow this link https://docs.hyros.com/cohort-analysis/
  • Depreciation Report: is incredibly valuable for comprehending the contribution of each source to sales, particularly for funnels where leads frequently navigate through complex journeys involving multiple sources.   • Geolocation Report: This report will display the top countries, regions, and cities where your customers are making purchases. This information can be instrumental in determining where to concentrate your marketing budget and efforts for optimal returns.   • Lead Journey Report: provide an excellent means of comprehending the typical paths that a lead takes before making a purchase or booking a call.   • Trends Report: this report offers a convenient way to uncover the performance and trends of your ads over time. ClickFunnels + Stripe Improvements 

Several modifications have been implemented to handle process events from ClickFunnels, which now do not contain any email in their payload. 

These changes require our system to retrieve this data directly from the Payment Intent entity in Stripe. By doing so, we aim to significantly improve the consistency of the sales flow following the path ClickFunnels -> Stripe -> Hyros.

CopeCart Partial Payment Refunds 

The recent update introduced aims to precisely handle partial payment refunds in CopeCart.

Facebook Cost Reporting 

A recent update and multiple fixes have been implemented to enhance the process of fetching costs for Facebook. These changes aim to improve overall consistency across the extension, quick reports, and regular reports.

Custom Domain Improvements

Various updates have been released for the custom domain feature. These enhancements now include daily health checks of the configured domains. If any inconsistencies are detected, the domains will be flagged as INVALID, allowing users to promptly determine whether their configurations are functioning correctly or not.

Also, during the domain configuration process, we will verify that the domain can be properly set up by ensuring that no CAA records are configured for its domain and its parent domains. This precaution is taken to prevent potential issues with successfully issuing an SSL certificate in the future.

Data Import updates

We have introduced an update to ensure accurate Origin for leads originating from both Sales and Leads imports, based on the data provided in the imports. 

If two leads with the same Phone Number are found in the CSV, the first lead encountered will be designated as the Origin, while the second lead will be linked to the first one.

User Experience Improvements on data Import

The most recent update provides a more user-friendly way to identify any errors that may occur during data imports. 

It displays a comprehensive list of different errors related to specific entities that were not imported, along with detailed explanations of why they were not imported.

Connected Accounts Improvements

This feature has been completely reworked and now  includes several updates, aiming to enhance the overall user experience and improve ease of use.
